I went in for my 10,000 mile service yesterday. I had 9,879 miles yesterday morning, and I got the oil changed, tires rotated, and some important stuff checked, including the rear wiper, the washer fluid, and the rear impact sensor that sometimes went off.

The lights are misplaced due to the camera & the gauges, but I’ve enjoyed this car since I brought it home May 21 with 38 miles.

Driveways like this make me wish I had more ground clearance, and 22MPG in Eco mode is pretty bad, but I drive my big blue child pretty hard. It’s my workhorse, and I love it.

I normally get about 36 mpg but I mainly do highway driving.

I get 22 with my Highway (with traffic lights) job commute sprinkled in. If I only did around town & food delivery, I’d probably be at 20.

I think the highest I got on a tank was one that included an interstate and highway trip to Milledgeville and back, and with Eco mode, that was still like 26MPG. I drive hard and touch the brake a lot. Same problem with my RAV4; EPA said 22 city, 28 highway, I’d be lucky to get 21 factoring in highway driving.

I know the type. They’re okay if you come at them straight on but back out at an angle and it is quite rough. I still question how you managed to scrape your lifted wagon on this.

I have to take a convoluted line out of my paved driveway because it is quite a steep transition. I still scrape but I hit the rubber air dam instead of the bumper. Besides, it’s not as though there is anyone using the sidewalk to actually walk anyways.

Congrats on the big 10k once again!

Sounds like you might be the problem, bud.

It was a worse driveway than this, but this is the type that’s problematic. Add in a hill, and that’s where the problem comes in.
